Items in the XOTrainer™ Fitness Store ship USPS, First Class Mail or Airmail, depending on your location.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will ship the same day. Shipping fee is a flat $6.95 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase.  Please allow extra time.  We are down to a minimum shipping crew (me).

NOTE, with holidays and weekends, please expect delays.
